Lessee agrees to provide Hollywood Honeywagon & Production Vehicles, Inc. with a valid certificate of insurance, issued by an insurance carrier licensed to do business in the State of California. The certificate will include the following:

• Insurance shall provide a minimum of $1,000,000 One Million dollars bodily injury and property damage liability.

• Collision and Comprehensive insurance covering the leased unit and naming Hollywood Honeywagon & Production Vehicles, Inc. as additional named insured and loss payee.

• Insurance shall also provide a minimum of $1,000,000 ( One Million Dollars) Automotive Liability or Hired Auto Coverage.

• Hollywood Honeywagon requires receipt of insurance information before your order will be confirmed.
